Once Reeves and Kenard locks back in, once we hit our shots, the number 1 defense from the number 1 team will crumble to the might of a team leaded by a player who's career is older than 83 players in the league.

The thunder have awoken a beast, LeBeast.

Hey Everyone,

Sorry if it's the wrong flair, i browse the subreddit but rarely post.

So I'm in year 10 this year, just turned 16 (class of 2028) and in early march our careers teacher told us that for Monash Scholars she was now accepting people to put their hand up to be voted on by year 10 teachers to decide who gets to fill out the form for Monash Scholars.

I have a really small cohort (independent school, >90 kids) and I'm normally pretty good at school academically (probably top 20% i would say, in some areas higher and in some lower).

I want to do engineering and probably the masters of engineering management at Monash, i was thinking of melbourne but ive heard it's a worse and slower program for engineering (thoughts?).

I do want to be able to do the networking opportunities and things but there isn't an overly insane thing in the program, such as KLD's guaranteed atar, tho I dont really think ill need it.

I was thinking I might just do it anyways, even tho it is a pretty obvious grooming project, but I really dont know if I will be able to 'beat out' some of my really smart friends and I dont want to look like I tried to get in but failed. Are there meetings or things between people applying???

Additionally I was doing great academically but for the first 3 maths methods tests (im accelerating) i did i got terrible scores (72%, 68.7%, 69%), I finished the 4th test and a practical test which I think i will get at least 90-100% for both, but I'm not sure if that will be enough or if those mediocre scores will impact anything.

I do have a lot of extracurriculars though, I play basketball outside of school, volunteer long term to coach and train my brothers team (hes 8) and i have a drone which i fly do photography with along with a camera and a lot of video editing i do like a project i did for a buisness (out of school).

Ive also volunteered at my brothers primary school since year 7 and I do some other things too such as the school play, debating, some case competitions and ethics things.

I would really appreciate any help,I get most people will probably say just apply, but to me I dont know if it's going to embarrass me or stress me for no reason.

Have a good day yall
