I cannot believe how extreme the bloating can be, I feel like a balloon full of bricks right now. It’s getting more and more difficult to wear my clothes because of the dramatic fluctuation. I hate how difficult it is to conceal, especially with warmer weather and thinner layers. I feel so uncomfortable in my body.
