The sidewalk was mean to me
I almost toppled over, coming down a sidewalk and felt a twinge that went away... I go on my way finishing my run (about a mile) and now a few days later, that side of my hip hurts. It only hurts if I lean side to side or do hip circles.
I read that I should ice it and sleep with my legs elevated.
If you've had this issue, does it take long to recover from? I haven't done any more running since, but have been doing easy yoga. I'm so bummed. I started to get into a really good training groove, and now I'm not running. 😩 😭
