AU Australia delivery issue.

Looking for advice from anyone who's dealt with something similar.

I ordered a robot vacuum from mi.com/au on April 6th. I entered my delivery address correctly, but their system apparently duplicated the suburb in the address, which caused the courier to return the package to Xiaomi's warehouse on April 16th.

I've been chasing customer service every week since. Each time, they tell me a reorder "is being organised" — but nothing ever happens. No new order, no tracking info, no resolution. It's been almost a month since order and I'm going in circles.

A few questions:
- Has anyone actually gotten a resolution from their customer service, and how long did it take?
- At what point is it reasonable to lodge a chargeback or escalate to consumer affairs (NSW etc.)?
