I burn out if there are a lot of speaking tasks for students. What has worked for me was lesson plans that include developing all four skills in class (that way I get to rest while they're doing skill based tasks). So speaking part would be approximately 15-20 minutes of the 60 minutes class, for example. (Like Linguahouse lesson plans)

How do you manage conducting several lessons in a row while also teaching students to speak for at least 30 mins (50% of the lesson)?
