I had about $2600 in my cash balance intending to redeem, but was still playing a little bit. I went to purchase 100 sc with the cash balance, and it somehow accidentally purchased 2000 sc. I immediatly stopped playing. So now all that is stuck in SC. Is there any way to get it fixed and still be able to redeem it?

I did try chatting with support, got the bot initially and still waiting to speak with a real person.

Do you think they'll fix this for me? They will be able to clearly see in my funds history that I was consistently buying 100sc packages for about an hour before this happened, and have never purchased anything bigger than that.

Please tell me there's hope here 😭
