250k between brokerage, 401k and Roth. 70k in equity on a rental property that brings no yearly profit.
Honestly feel like I could be doing so much better than I am considering I see people with much more at my age making less.
See many people pushing VOO but I’m just 80/20 with VTI and VXUS.
Any advice appreciated.
