As the title suggests! I have a land next to our GT Road near a toll plaza that NHAI maintains. They first aquired our land with some compensation which is fine but then they constructed a weighing scale in front of my plot where the left and right are occupied by other land owners and the back is owned by forest department kind of entity.
Now after this construction I am blocked from entry/exit to my plot from all 4 sides.
Next step requested from NHAI: apply for Access Permission where the cost will be on us for entry/exit road construction and safety, which has some cost associated with the application as well.
Now for the entry/exit they have some condition for which i will have to buy property from land owners next to us to construct this entry/exit road. Which now doesnt make sense at all to me.
How are they allowed to block access to our lands completely ? And then the access permission costs us a few lakhs. And then they force us to buy more land to construct a road at our own cost. If there was another way out i would agree but they blocked us from the only 4th side left for us to enter/exit.
How in this world is this even allowed as a process ?!
