Need Permobil M3 Help...Back Cover Removal
New Permobil M3..
I'm looking to put LED lights on it and trying to decide on USB powered or hardwired. I'm wanting to remove the back panel [with 2 parts- top and bottom] that covers the vertical armrest adjustment. If I did USB powered I might be able to just run the wires without removing the back cover, but I'm really wanting to do the hardwired version (more lights and doesn't tie up USB port). There are control modules that need to be mounted somewhere and that would be the ideal place because all the wires basically can run to that point. It looks like there's room in there, the small amount I'm able to see.

I've been looking for any type of screws or clips but I can't find any except one little clip on the left side [middle, where top and bottom panels overlap]. I can pull it out and it loosens the middle of the 2 panels, but it's still tight at the top and bottom.

The right side has no tab to pull loose..

It looks like I could pull a little more and pull the little tab that shows the Settings through the hole, and it may loosen up more, but I was afraid to just pull and break any type of connectors.

The tabs at the top are just sitting in the tracks and don't have any lips to hold it in.

and then the clips on the bottom are just sitting on top of the round bar and do not have a bottom, so maybe it pivots and pulls out once the top panel is removed or out of the way.
