How ambitious should you be for final co-op in terms of pay? Right now I have an offer that is $5 below my previous term and below 6th term average so I'm hesitant to take it. It does seem like an interesting position but it's for Fall 2026 so very early on in the application process and I'm afraid I would miss out on other opportunities.
Does anyone have any advice or what they would do?
