There's a guy in my office who walks for exercise in the office. He puts on walking shoes and walks around our cubes for an hour plus while on calls. I find it super distracting.

Do you think I'm an asshole if I tell him to cut it out?

I just wanna make sure I'm not being overly sensitive before saying something.

I wish people weren't allowed to put chairs down so early. I saw several spots several chairs deep with no one at them. All while other families who are actually here are struggling to find spots.
