I got an instant offer 2 weeks ago, accepted straight away and got started with the background checks. The checks couldn't pick up on my passport photo cause it's quite dark, but it didn't get rejected instead it needs a human from Mercor to approve it. I waited, emailed multiple people (support, background check team, the Mercor contacts I have) and 14 days later still nothing. They even reissued the offer so I could start the same day instead of a week later. What do I do now?
