What's wrong with my Nootka Rose?
Just transplanted into the ground a few weeks ago... Is this black spot/fungus? Or pests? What should I do? For black spot, I'd usually carefully cut all diseased parts, but in that case it would basically mean cut off the entire plant. Should I just spray with NEEM, try to keep it dry and cut it back in the fall?
