Latest refill of Epic not working at all

A little over 2 months ago went back on IR release 50mg Adderall. Have been off it 8 years, but previously on it for 16+ years. First two months working very weakly with side effects. Found it worked best with movement, as I'. Physically active on my job. Not effecting me as positively or consistently as my whole life. Been on Epic. Picked up my script 5 days ago and now it's not working at all. WTF?

I recently went back on adderall and it's not working like it did for me for 16 plus years. Maybe it's the generics are different now, I'm not sure. Will dexidrine work better and all the time, as opposed to the generic adderall (IR 50 mg/day) I'm on now?
