Confirm I’m not dumb?
Was given a drawing with the coordinate system attached. Tried explaining to the QE that the datum axis are fully theoretical and I have nothing to clock on, and no features to assign as datum’s once in CMM land.
His explanation was essentially “use either of the long edges until you get results that make sense”.
Am I crazy or is this shit bonkers?
