Has anyone else applied to a college, waited well past the decision date they originally provided, spent months checking emails and application portals, and then received a rejection email out of nowhere one evening? I recently waited nearly three months beyond the expected decision timeline, holding onto hope that the delay might mean good news was coming, only to open my inbox one night and find a rejection. The rejection itself was disappointing, but the long period of uncertainty beforehand somehow made it even harder to process. I'd be interested to hear whether others have gone through something similar and how they handled it afterward.

I’ve noticed that I’m slowly reaching a point where I use AI platforms for most of my searches instead of going directly to Google anymore. Instead of opening multiple tabs and digging through websites manually, I usually just ask AI the question directly and get a summarized explanation, examples, comparisons, or even step-by-step guidance instantly. It honestly feels faster and more interactive, especially for technical questions, research, brainstorming, or understanding concepts that would normally require clicking through several different pages online. I’m curious whether other people are also starting to shift away from traditional search engines and relying more on AI as their main source for finding information.
