26F Solo: make friends, explore, shop, party?
I’m travelling to Tokyo for work from 21-23 July but plan to do my own site seeing from 18-20 July. Would love people friendly and fun hostels to stay in around Ebisu/Shibuya, places to shop (snacks, sneakers), eat and check out art. Would love to meet up anyone who’s also travelling around these dates
