First solo trip, Costa Rica
Hello,
I’m traveling to Costa Rica solo on a tight budget next month. I have 4 days to decide where I want to be and 3 days in monteverde. Can’t decide what I want for the 4 days. I want somewhere cheap (hostel) with animals and cheap/free things to do or see. Will pay for an excursion or two but trying to ball on a budget. Was looking at quepos but I don’t want to get bored not having a lot of money to spend. I have less than 1k to stretch the whole week. Renting a car for my monteverde days when my partner flys in. Not the first 4 days. Puerto viejo? Manuel Antonio? Quepos? What’s the move?
