I was turned it on for the first time and was loading the filament but it kept giving me errors for the filament

I canceld the print and tried to unload the filament but kept getting errors

Has anyone had this issue?

I bought it and assembled it myself and spent a month on and off working on it

I'm considering taking the loss and just buying a pre assembled one when it goes on sale since I spent so long working on it and having do whatever this is on first print 😭
