Hello,

I had to cancel a shadow shift at a job because I had started new medication that day (which was not expected) and had very severe side effects and the shift was early hours the next day. I was vomitong, couldn’t stand and was so beyond dizzy. I called 101 and they told me not to drive (this job requires driving). I had to cancel the shift to protect myself and others on the road and a few days later they took away my job offer. What can I do about this? surely it goes against some type of equality act?
