My coworker took a semester off due to burnout and continued to accrue fieldwork hours towards her BCaBA at the time. She said she just didn’t tell anyone (her BCBAs). As a BCBA candidate/fellow at the company, am I ethically obligated to report this? I don’t particularly want to get involved because at the end of the day if she gets audited that’s on her.
