For mil to mil couples wanting to go overseas…if the higher ranking individual is the only one with a spot to a location on the current list and they update their preferences with it listed, does the lower ranking individual need to have it in theirs as well even if there was no spot for them? The join spouse intent code is to do every assignment together with separate short tours. Would the higher ranking still be selected with the lower ranking just being an overage?
