Today is the day!

I have my pen it’s been sitting in my fridge for 2 weeks- had my daughters communion last week so I have been holding on till after, and I’m the worst for overeating and treating myself at the weekend. So figured a Friday is the best start day for me. But do you find ut better to start on the morning or before bed?? I just had a mini fry up in a coffee shop with a friend. Would it be worse on my stomach as while high protein it was probably high fat also , or do I need to stop overthinking it and jab myself!!
