I’m not sure what this rash is and i’m losing my mind
they showed up this morning i was itchy on my thighs after sleeping in a place i haven’t before i don’t know how clean it was either. i have an allergy to citrus or a sensitivity im not sure what to call it. but i will break out in hives from it. it’s usually nothing this bad and will be on my arms or back of my hands. i’m also very stressed out due to my friend having a brain injury and spinal injury maybe stress hives? since this morning they have only spread. and i mean they spread fast. about a hour after i woke up they were like this all the way up to the top of my head. like in my hair. all the way down to my feet. i’ve never been so itchy in my life. it’s very hot to the touch, raised, and splotchy. does anyone have any tips? i was supposed to go swimming in a public pool tomorrow but i think im gonna ditch that idea now. i just need a relief from this itchiness
