Should I tell my neighbors?
My neighbor’s HVAC unit on the roof of their house has been leaking for the past couple of days into my yard, it coming into my yard is not a problem. I’m honestly about to use their water and put a trough underneath to water my garden because of the shortage, but should I tell them?
