I’m a CNA and recently had a really difficult experience with a dying patient that’s been sticking with me and my HUC (she’s pretty mean) has been “requesting” me to work more often around them cause they like me. I’m struggling to separate it from my everyday life, especially while still being in school.

I feel like I might be overcompensating by acting overly happy, but underneath I’m lowk super stressed and tired

How do you create distance from these experiences in a healthy way? How do you cope in a good way?

Thanks 🙏

What do yall do or say when someone says the viola is bad or worse than the violin. Any good comebacks? How do I make them realize that we’re awesome!
