Bold text appears to bleed on the name and attack, does that mean it is fake?

Hello, I picked up this card a couple weeks ago for a master set. Overall it feels like a normal card and text lines up from what I can see, but a vendor at a card show noticed the bold text has a slight bleed/blur to it.

Has anyone seen anything like this on legit cards or is this a fake? I can try to provide additional photos if needed as well. Thanks!
