This is the version of Prisma ORM we would build if we were starting from scratch today, with the current and upcoming tech landscape in mind.
It’s designed around a few big ideas:

- Better alignment with modern JavaScript and TypeScript workflows
- Support for PostgreSQL and MongoDB in Early Access
- A foundation we can keep improving with community feedback
You can try it today with:
npm create prisma@next
Prisma Next is still in Early Access, so we’re actively looking for feedback, bug reports, and real-world usage to help get it production-ready faster.
