Can someone help me decide for colleges for engineering? I have until now shortlisted COEP, VJTI, and NIT-Surathkal.

I scored 99.45 percentile in JEE MAINS (rank 8778), and scored 158 in MHT-cet 16 April shift 1.

I am looking to pursue mechanical (or perhaps electrical) engineering, and at this point i feel I will be doing M.tech after bachelor's degree as well.
