33 402k total net worth not sure what to do next.
I just turned 33 I have 201k in traditional 401k 19k in Roth IRA 2k in brokerage account paid off house worth 160k and paid off property connected to my house with all hookups for a home worth 20k total net worth of 402k trying to hopefully retire / live off of 25k a year at 40. just not sure what to do next.
