What is happening, and how do I stop it?
I know next to nothing about leather, but I don't like the way this creasing looks. Is there some good general care product for this? or do i need to do something different?
I appreciate every input for a newbie.

I'm sorry, these are not the same
The website clearly shows a bright blue strawmesh, not this depressing chainmail on mine.
I bought the ivory/cognac version prior, it was BEAUTIFUL.
This one; Utmost dissappointment.
