I think we need companies to do mandatory training for most customer service jobs here
Idk why KFC installing these new kiosks and these employees have 0 training on them. The customers confused and they confused asl if it malfunctions. Also why isn’t their both options to buy at the cashier and kiosk, just using a kiosk makes no sense to me honestly lol. But fr tho idk who own some of the franchises in this country but I can tell they are lazy and don’t care about their customers.
Edit: With all the views of everyone in the comments. I want to ask What year do yall see things in Jamaica being a stable and career driven economy when our minimum wage will be satisfactory to most if not almost all citizens, the year 2050?2100?
