Having weird AC issues?
Is there a way to make sure that the thermostat is correctly communicating to the furnace?? I feel like ours runs incorrectly but I’m not sure if it’s nest issue or a furnace issue.
We have a nest thermostat generation 3 and temperature sensors bc we base the temp in the house on our children’s rooms. We typically keep the house around 70 but it runs the AC cycle for 2+ hours and it gets incredibly cold in here and I’m concerned that prolonged long usage will damage the furnace. Yesterday it was 80 degrees outside and the AC ran for 10 hours with one time being 3 hours when we weren’t even home and all of the blinds in the house were closed and we had fans on to help keep it cool. The hour or more sessions are just so dramatic.
