Posting their own positive reviews
Another thing I heard while working there was they posted fake reviews to counteract any negative ones. Just checked on Houzz and there was one just a few days ago. Has the same is / user name. also same for Yelp (looks like one of these was deleted as so obvious) These guys were nice on the surface but super scammy. lol I got fired so lol.
