Am i limited ?

Hello, I'm 30F and smth around 78kg (it has been a while since I last weighed myself since I dont have a balance at home) and 158cm.

I started doing very little reps every hours to make me start doing some sport, as little sport seance weighs little in my head than a big one which sounds like a chore to me...

For example I do

1pm: 10-20 wall pushups

2pm: 10 squats

3pm: 10 torso twists

4pm: 20 knee-to-elbows

5pm: 10-20 wall pushups

6pm: 10 squats

7pm: 10 torso twists

Thats my usual routine, and I intend on upping a little bit each exercise. However, I'm wondering if I could do more, but I tried many things before that didnt work for me in the long run: 10min exercise yt video works for a week and sounds like a chore; ground exercises makes my head spin, running is a no-go for me, and so is jumping.

I never trained regularly before, but I would like to also add a dancing session, but in your opinion at which hour should I do it ?

Also my initial question would be, are there any exercise I could add that doesnt include the ones that didnt work for me, that wouldnt sound like a chore ?

I know taking care of yourself should be considered a chore as you have to put in the effort, but unfortunately I'm very bad at starting something I consider a chore, and if I'm doing so little reps is because I read that I'm better off doing 10 pushups than nothing at all.

What do you guys think ?
