There are giant steel columns all at different heigjts embedded in the ground presumably blocking the path where a future bridge for cars should be. The colums are marked with heights that are all different even at lines where their height above the ground is the same. For context this is located at a bridge construction site replacing an old bridge to a T-intersection that butts up to a highway from a suburban road. Maybe the bridge will turn into an over pass but the construction project only has 2 months left. So im confused as to what they are because they are so tall.
