I’m from out of town and will be coming for the half marathon race this June and was hoping to find out if people had any insights on the course and expected weather. Is it super hilly, pretty flat, a mix of ups and downs? How hot does it usually get? Are there usually spectators throughout the whole race or will there be some quiet miles?

I’m currently dealing with some knee issues as well so I had to take a few weeks off in April which has really set back my cardio fitness. Is the race pretty large where even if you go slow you’ll still have a lot of other runners with you? I’m currently at a 12 min/mile pace.

Any advice or insights would be greatly appreciated!
