Can I visit my husband?

I've been seeing a lot of people posting that it's impossible to visit their partner in America.
My husband and I got married in March while I was there, I went back home, and we set the I-130 in process. I visited on an ESTA.

He is going to visit me in July (Netherlands), and I will visit him in October and December.
But now I'm reading that people who got married and have the I-130 going, aren't allowed to come into the country? Is this true?

Should I be worried? I was already planning to gather information that I paid my rent, my last paycheck and my ticket to return home, to show them I really am going back home.

Hello!

My husband and I filed for the I-130 back in April. He is located in America while I am in my home country, the Netherlands. I see topics here that people get a biometric scheduled in a month, followed by an interview, so on and so on. But what I mainly read as well, is that most of these people are also living in America. How does this go for couples like me and my husband? One living abroad. What are the steps?
