I don't particularly understand my chart, or myself?

It's easy for me to get along with others, but my biggest enemy tends to be myself.

I'm also pretty contradictory. I can be emotional/connect easily at times, others I can retreat into my shell and find it hard to open up to anyone. I tend to think way too much about things with a lot more going on beneath the surface.

I'm just not quite sure how to deal with it.
