A few friends and I are starting a tradition of seeing one big CFB game annually throughout the country. This year we have been waiting to lock in the Penn St whiteout game widely believed to be USC.

5 days ago they announced the stripe out game but said the whiteout is up to tv networks assigning the time slots to ensure they have the night game before officially designating a whiteout game… from what I can find tv networks can wait until 2 weeks before a game to announce this.. is this normal? Is there a typical timetable that PSU fans know the whiteout game selection? Appreciate any insight ty!
