What’s Happenes with soundcloud payments from June
Hello, SoundCloud community, does anyone know what is happening with the June payments? My payment has not been processed yet. I opened a support ticket, and they replied:
“Hello,
Thank you for reaching out. Our payments team is reviewing your payment currently and will complete the payment or contact you with more information within the next few days. ”
I know that larger payments can go through a manual verification process. In my case, the upcoming payment is over $670 USD. My account is not new; I have had my distribution account since 2023, with consistent activity from my artists on Spotify, YouTube, and other platforms.
I have also had reports above $500 USD in the past, so I understand that there may be a verification threshold. As far as I know, everything is in order. I correctly declare and tax the income through my label, and I have the music licenses/agreements properly uploaded for every distributed track whenever required.
However, the process is taking quite a long time. We are already on the 5th, and my SoundCloud account still does not show the payout. The money still appears in my balance.
