Surveys have been worse than usual lately

Many of the surveys screened me out without even asking me anything.

Some of them disqualified me because they didn't like my answers, including one that claimed to be interested in people of different walks of life, only to disqualify me for selecting the "wrong" hobbies.

I was able to finish a few surveys, only to be disqualified at the end and only awarded a partial amount. Some of the finished surveys didn't award me anything at all!

Then of course you have the surveys that ALWAYS result in disqualifications: Pollfish and Survey Roundtable. I immediately close them as soon as they come up.

Evetually I ran out of surveys. Where the hell is the quality control???

Survey Roundtable is the worst of the worst!

Years ago I would actually be able to complete their surveys, only to be disqualified at the end. And then they had the nerve to ask me to rate them. So it's like "Hey, thanks for your answers. Now allow us to take your answers and not credit you. By the way, how did we do?"

And they only got worse from there. They would ask me to rate products that didn't exist, and then disqualify me. Sometimes the survey would loop on a page, so I couldn't even get disqualified. But the most common format now is asking me an open-ended question and then disqualifying me regardless of my answer.

Swagbucks has been FLOODED with Survey Roundtable lately. I tend to get those out of the way by giving them garbage answers, then when I get disqualified, giving them 1 star (I'd give them less if I could). I then move on to the "real" surveys (I use the term loosely), but since the majority of the surveys were SR, I quickly run out of surveys.

Do the ratings even do anything?

They ask me to rate the survey after completion or disqualification. I tend to give 1 star when I get disqualified, the survey is broken, or worst of all, finish the survey but get disqualified anyway. I give 5 stars when I'm able to finish the survey and get compensated (which is what a survey should be).

But does this even do anything? I get garbage surveys regardless. My list is flooded with Survey Roundtable, aka the survey that asks an open-ended question and then disqualifies me regardless of my answer.

I know surveys have star ratings, but this doesn't help much, as 5-star surveys can still be garbage.

That moment when you finish a survey but get disqualified anyway

I email SJ whenever that happens. Sometimes they give me 20 or 30 courtesy points, but usually they tell me disqualifications can happen at any time, including at the end of surveys. In other words, they can decide not to compensate you for your time.

According to SJ, the provider is supposed to delete your data if you're disqualified, but let's be real. Why wait until you finish the survey to do so unless they want free data? Decipher is notorious for this with their movie/ad surveys. You answer a ton of questions, only to get disqualified at the end.

Is anyone else experiencing a survey drought?

The few surveys that they have are all garbage. Nothing but RD Secured, Edge Survey, and ESPECIALLY Survey Roundtable.

RD Secured asks an open-ended question, then disqualifies you with 0 points. Edge Survey does the same, but follows it up with 1 or 2 "quality check" questions. You get disqualified for 0 points even if you answer correctly.

Survey Roundtable is the WORST. They either ask you about products that don't exist, or loop the page. But most commonly they'll ask an open-ended question and then disqualify you. Either way you get 0 points.
