I like to play character that can troll the opponent or annoy the not op but very annoying characters and I don't play hok I was wondering if there are characters that can troll the enemy of yes then i will start playing

Like according to me he is perfectly good except his ult which is too weak and you can easily get punished if not used correctly the only thing I think that anyone can say about him that is op is his 4th move but in return his r special isn't that good and the 4th move is a combo ender most of the time
