Hi all, I’ve been battling lust for five long years now, and I recently came up with a helpful method to help me see the person within the flesh much more deeply.

Whenever you see someone that you feel lustful towards, just imagine you and that person embracing in a deep, vulnerable, emotional hug. Just person to person, human-to human. Whatever the context.

Would you lust after that person after something like that, of course not. So if your temptations are getting strong, just imagine a situation like that and rewire your mind to see the soul within the flesh.

This is just something that has helped me lately, so I hope it may help anyone reading this when times get tough.
