Replacement
My condo is about 1000sq ft. I have two quotes:
Theses seem to be all fine and would be good units (probably) for 15+ years and work well for my little condo. But beyond one number being lower there is some bias towards brands. What is the general consensus for these things? (an aside, but Company B does 0% financing for 12 months while company A does not)
