Need help in purchase

I currently use JBL Tune 770NC as my main headphones at home, so I’ll mostly be using earbuds only when I’m outside or traveling.

I also have mild tinnitus, so I’m trying to be careful about audio gear and volume levels. Because of that, I’m wondering whether I should even spend too much on premium earbuds.

My original budget was around ₹5k just for earbuds, but now I’m thinking maybe it makes more sense to split that budget and buy:

  • decent earbuds
  • a Bluetooth speaker

instead of spending the full amount on earbuds alone.

I don’t need audiophile-level sound since I already have the JBL headphones for serious listening. I just want something comfortable, reliable, portable, and safe enough for someone with tinnitus.

Would you recommend:

  • TWS earbuds
  • neckband
  • or wired IEMs for outdoor use?

And how would you divide the ₹5k budget between earbuds/speaker? Any good value-for-money suggestions would help.
