Help needed with hrt for being a femme before completely transitioning.
Hi! I had hypertension for 3 months in 2023, but after losing 30 kilos of weight, I'm back to normal again. Now, I would like to transition, but take thing slow. I would like to be more of a femme boy for some timw. So, I'm thinking of taking 25mg of aldactone a day and 1 mg of estrogen tablets a day to make thing better in a slow mode. My question is will my hrt plan work and do any of you have had issues with high blood pressure during hrt?
