I recently started my Invisalign journey.

I've always had a nice smile, but with age, my teeth began to shift, and I developed a slight open bite due to tongue thrust. These issues began to affect how I closed my mouth and how I pronounce and enunciate words.

The toughest part was during the first few weeks, as I adjusted to the trays in my mouth. Currently, my biggest frustration is spit bubbles in the trays lol

Although it's not always available, check your dental insurance to see if you have any orthodontic coverage as an adult. I was fortunate enough to have $2,500 applied to my balance.
