Door handle fell off cannot access the screws

Please help me. Loose handle - I have tried to fix and fell off and now I can’t access the screws to put it back on.

Update: thanks so much for your replies everyone! I managed to remove the cover and access the screws underneath. Really appreciate everyone’s help
