
Samsung Brand New A57 Phone - One side ear phone is not working
I purchased a brand new Samsung Galaxy A57 yesterday. Today, I tested both a Bluetooth earphone and a wired USB-C earphone, but in both cases, the right side earphone is not working at all.
Two days ago, I visited the Samsung Service Center with my friend, whose Galaxy S22 Ultra had developed a green line issue on the screen for no apparent reason two weeks after the update. They refused to replace it, stating the phone has past the 3-year mark. While I was there, two other customers came in with the exact same green line problem on their Samsung phones. Additionally, another customer returned with a Galaxy S23, saying the green line had reappeared just 6 months after a previous free replacement. Ṭhis person kept telling me never to buy a samsung phone ever again but i went ahead and bought a brand new phone the next day. Deeply regret not taking his advice.
